Construction Litigation Attorney - Remote (Florida Bar Required)

Litigation Associate needed to work Full Time (or Part Time) for boutique Construction Law Firm. The Firm is looking for a hardworking and passionate attorney to handle litigation with a focus on construction and join our team! We are a boutique Construction Law Firm providing high end legal services to a diverse group of clients that consist of some of the most prominent general contractors, owners, developers, trade contractors and other construction professionals in town. We are focused on providing outstanding legal services and top-notch client service. Our team accomplishes these values by using advanced technology which allows us to be more efficient as we improve our processes as well as ourselves. Our team values open communication so everyone can be comfortable giving and receiving feedback. Job Description & Responsibilities: - Strong research and drafting skills - Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Word, Excel and Powerpoint - Assume responsibility for assigned projects and tasks - Strong organizational and time management skills - Manage multiple assignments and projects; prioritize to meet deadlines - Excellent verbal and written skills as you will be required to communicate with clients, paralegals, attorneys and the courts. - Great attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to execute job responsibilities independently and discreetly - Ability to follow up on inquiries in a timely manner - Reliability and have a willingness to learn and be adaptable to change • Must have a positive, outgoing personality with professional appearance and demeanor • Must be able to work remotely Qualifications: - Juris Doctorate degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association - Admission to the Florida Bar - Prior litigation experience - Confident in the courtroom - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Can establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with co-workers - Exhibits unwavering professionalism and ethical integrity - Board Certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar preferred Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Salary: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year commensurate with experience.
