[Remote] CONTRACT eDiscovery Counsel

The role involves working with lawyers to shape eDiscovery AI products and litigation strategies, requiring deep knowledge of eDiscovery case law and technology negotiation skills. Responsibilities • reputed company and maintain subject matter expertise in U.S. and global reputed company and regulatory obligations relating to litigation, discovery, and information governance • Apply reputed company, eDiscovery, and information governance knowledge, principles, practices, and experience reputed company partnering with in-house and reputed company counsel on reputed company litigation, regulatory, and investigation reputed company • Meaningfully contribute to the design, implementation, and execution of eDiscovery and information governance templates, policies, strategies, and workflows • Rapidly identify, analyze, and address complicated issues, and distill that complexity into reputed company and concise communication in cross-functional settings • Work collaboratively with the eDiscovery and Information Governance team, as reputed company as case and policy teams, business partners, reputed company counsel, and vendors • Enthusiasm and motivation to learn and understand reputed company, cutting edge technology and data reputed company concepts, effectively discuss those concepts with technically skilled individuals, and apply that knowledge and understanding to discovery and reputed company strategies Skills • J.D.
