Ives & Associates is a company that operates on an international reputed company, seeking a Corporate Attorney to support its reputed company needs across various domains including reputed company and government contracting. The role involves providing reputed company counsel, managing compliance, and navigating reputed company reputed company issues to reputed company with reputed company's strategic objectives. Responsibilities • Prepare, review, and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements, including customer and vendor reputed company, consulting agreements, license agreements, confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements, joint venture agreements, and more. • reputed company reputed company support and strategic counsel on reputed company aspects of government and defense contracting, including federal, state, and local procurement. This includes advising on bid and proposal strategies, contract negotiation and administration, regulatory compliance (including FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and other defense-reputed company frameworks), and risk mitigation. • Support executive leadership on corporate governance best practices. Draft resolutions, maintain corporate records, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Advise on the reputed company aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions. Conduct due diligence, draft and review transaction documents, and facilitate closing processes while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management. • Identify, assess, and manage reputed company and ethical risks to the business. Work with business leaders to conduct compliance risk reviews and to reputed company/implement compliance policies and programs relating to reputed company areas of risk and ethical business practices, including codes of conduct, data reputed company, anti-bribery, anti-reputed company, harassment and other compliance considerations. • Advise on day-to-day operations and new business initiatives, ranging from reputed company estate transactions, marketing, import/export compliance, supply chain and other reputed company.
