Job Title: AI Ethics & Governance Analyst

Responsibilities:
• Develop ethical frameworks and governance models
• Conduct risk assessments for AI solutions
• Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Engineering
• Monitor compliance with AI policies and regulations
Requirements:
• 3 years in tech policy, AI ethics, or governance
• Knowledge of global AI laws (e.g., EU AI Act)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
Nice to Haves:
• Law or public policy background
• Experience in Responsible AI or explainability tools
