AI Data Automation Engineer (Claude Code / Cursor / Agentic Systems)
We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented AI Data Engineer who can turn complex, manual spreadsheet workflows into fully automated systems using modern agentic coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar environments.
You’ll take end-to-end ownership of automation projects:
-Understand intricate data processes from client calls, videos, and examples
-Design the logical flow and architecture for how data should move and transform
-Implement AI-driven, code-based solutions to replace repetitive manual steps
-Perform full QA and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency
-Iterate and refine the workflow until results are production-grade
You must be fluent in Python, data modeling, and automation patterns, and comfortable combining traditional programming with AI-driven development. Experience with LLM-assisted agents, data cleaning, spreadsheet parsing, and workflow orchestration is essential.
The ideal candidate is equal parts engineer and data perfectionist — someone who can understand messy human processes, translate them into structured systems, and guarantee that every number and output is right.
