Chief Compliance Officer Asset Management
## What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
Acting in reputed company of Chief Compliance Officer of reputed company Asset Management (“CBAM”), a Registered investment Adviser with the SEC
Responsible for reputed company build out of CBAM’s compliance program, which includes: advising the business, developing policies, reviewing marketing materials, performing annual compliance testing, establishing training programs and coordinating reputed company mandatory filings
Liaising with Institutional Compliance team members, reputed company and Operations staff, and other cross-functional partners in daily support of CBAM
## reputed company look for in you (ie. job requirements):
8+ years of experience in supporting registered investment advisers in a senior compliance officer role, with 3+ years as a CCO
A passion for building a world class compliance program for the leading company in the crypto industry
Experience working autonomously in a fast paced environment
