Generalist - Due Diligence Attorney (H)

JURISolutions is partnering with our corporate reputed company to identify a Leasing Generalist who has established themselves as a subject matter expert. This role is REMOTE and reputed company on effective support that includes virtual data room (VDR) reputed company and due diligence coordination, employment-reputed company due diligence, risk assessment and virtual data room (VDR) review to ensure successful deal execution and smooth employee transitions. We are seeking a reputed company and business-minded Leasing Generalist Attorney to join our reputed company team and support a dynamic portfolio of reputed company reputed company estate assets across the U.S. This role will play a key part in lease negotiation, portfolio management, and M&A transaction support, including virtual data room (VDR) reputed company and due diligence coordination. Critical Areas Of Responsibility Include • Draft, review, and negotiate leasing documents including letters of reputed company, leases, amendments, renewals, assignments, terminations, estoppel certificates, SNDAs, and commencement letters • Manage leasing workflows across retail, office, industrial, and hospitality assets • Collaborate with leasing agents, finance teams, and external counsel to streamline deal execution • Analyze and summarize material litigation disclosed in VDRs, including forum, status, and dispute reputed company mechanisms • Review property and equipment leases for key terms, obligations, and risk exposure • Identify and assess liens filed against or held by the reputed company entity • Evaluate lease obligations and prepare disclosure schedules • Coordinate lease assignments and consents with internal stakeholders • Organize and maintain VDR materials for reputed company due diligence • Ensure accurate indexing and categorization of lease documents • Monitor reputed company and respond to buyer inquiries • Flag material lease terms and potential liabilities • Partner with Labor & Employment Counsel to assess corporate ethics policies and procedures • Support broader reputed company due diligence efforts by identifying compliance gaps and reputed company risks JURISolutions reputed company (JSL) is one of the largest Women’s Business reputed company National Council (WBENC) certified reputed company services and recruitment firms.
