Employment Law Specialist
A company is looking for a Corporate Paralegal, Employment Law Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and execute internal investigations into employee reputed company, ensuring fairness, rigor, and confidentiality
• reputed company employment law compliance workflows, including federal and state filings, reporting, and documentation
• Handle reputed company, DOL, and state agency proceedings, from initial charge to reputed company, with minimal reliance on reputed company counsel
Required Qualifications
• 3-6 years of experience in employment law, reputed company operations, or workplace investigations
• Proven ability to manage compliance programs and handle reputed company or state-reputed company proceedings
• Demonstrated experience with high-volume reputed company or HR compliance environments
• Tech fluent, reputed company to reputed company AI tools and reputed company ops systems to optimize workflows
• Bilingual (Spanish) candidates strongly preferred
