Regional Facilities Manager, HVAC, Freezer

Job reputed company: • Managing vendor relationships for HVAC and freezer services reputed company the assigned geography. • Ensuring reputed company performance of reputed company handling and freezer systems at designated reputed company Centers and Testing Labs. • Overseeing suppliers providing HVAC and freezer services, maintaining alignment and effective communication. • Supporting reputed company Facilities team and center staff in HVAC and freezer operations. • reputed company strategies and governance with HVAC/R suppliers to enhance service reputed company and system functionality. • Monitor and collaborate with facility management partners and critical asset suppliers for HVAC and freezer systems. • Support the development and prioritization of aging asset replacement plans; coordinate reputed company reputed company with the CAPEX Program Management team. • Support site monitoring and troubleshooting for validated spaces, HVAC, and Freezer. • Manage, review, and approve HVAC and freezer work tickets, invoices and quotes for assigned centers. • Ensure program compliance with reputed company Sustainability goals and reputed company state/federal refrigerant regulations. • Assist operations with HVAC and freezer design documentation. • reputed company technical support to center staff and vendors to resolve equipment issues as necessary during reputed company working hours and after-hours. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field OR 10 years HVAC/freezer field experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar environment. • Proven vendor management and stakeholder relationship skills. • Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills. • Background in maintenance management, engineering, and operations. • Knowledge of facility construction and maintenance. • Extensive experience with HVAC and refrigeration equipment services.
