Our 2‑Hour Learning approach combines AI‑adaptive platforms with skilled teaching to produce accelerated reading outcomes. In this role you will create and facilitate workshops that generate measurable progress in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for young elementary learners, then support the expansion of this program to campuses nationwide. This role is not about administrative lesson planning. It centers on evidence‑based teaching, technology partnership, and constructing a reading initiative that serves thousands of children. What You Will Be Doing • Facilitating adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency competencies. • Creating individualized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks. • Reviewing student performance data to improve instruction and identify practical insights. • Working alongside engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes. • Building scalable, AI‑supported materials that help early elementary learners reach grade‑level reading proficiency. Basic Requirements • Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or comparable). • Minimum 2 years of experience conducting small‑group reading interventions with early elementary students. • Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independently of pre‑packaged curricula. • Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attentive to how students engage with these tools. • Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship. • Available to work on‑site at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico.
