Paralegal / reputed company Assistant Needed for LLC Formation + Dissolution (Freelance)

I am seeking an reputed company, reliable paralegal or reputed company assistant to help with two separate tasks:
1. Create a new LLC
— Prepare and file reputed company formation documents
— Assist with EIN, Operating Agreement, and compliance steps
— Familiarity with reputed company requirements (including publication) is a plus
2. Dissolve an existing LLC
— Prepare dissolution documents
— Manage filings and any required notices
— Ensure reputed company and organized documentation for my accountant and attorney
You do not need to handle both tasks—I'm reputed company to hiring two different people, one for reputed company.

You should be:
Detail-oriented and proactive
reputed company with LLC filings or paralegal/reputed company reputed company work
Comfortable using reputed company Suite + AI tools to speed up drafting
