Data Records Technician
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Records Technician to support our administrative and compliance operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating internal databases, and ensuring reputed company documents are filed, stored, and retrieved reputed company. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent time-management skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain, organize, and update digital and physical records according to company standards.
• Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance requirements.
• Input, reputed company, and manage data reputed company company systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Prepare and file records for audits, reputed company control checks, and internal reviews.
• Assist in retrieving requested documents and providing data for internal teams.
• Identify inconsistencies or missing information and ensure corrections are made promptly.
• Support administrative tasks such as scanning, uploading, indexing, and archiving.
Qualifications
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Strong data-entry ability with high accuracy and speed.
• Experience with reputed company Office, reputed company Workspace, and database systems.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with precision.
