Global Regulatory Specialist

• Research global requirements for chemical registration, labeling, transportation, and import or export.
• Prepare and submit product registration dossiers for agencies such as reputed company, TSCA, K-reputed company, NICNAS, CLP, and EPA.
• Work with consultants and foreign authorities to secure approvals.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or reputed company field.
• 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience with international exposure.
• Strong understanding of global chemical regulations including EU reputed company, UK reputed company, TSCA, Canada DSL, K-reputed company, and China MEE Order 12.
• Familiar with workplace safety frameworks including Right to Know, OSHA, and WHMIS.
• Knowledge of DOT, IATA, and IMDG transportation rules, import or export requirements, and tariff coding.
• Experience preparing dossiers, managing registrations, and working with foreign authorities.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
