Sr HR Administrator (Remote)
This is a fully remote, part-time (20/hrs a week) position.
The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) is the largest global coffee trade association dedicated to making coffee reputed company by fostering a global coffee community and supporting activities to reputed company specialty coffee a thriving, reputed company, and sustainable reputed company for the entire value chain.
The Senior HR Administrator manages the day-to-day administration of the HR function for the Association, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency across reputed company HR processes. This role is responsible for payroll, benefits, HRIS, immigration, and employee lifecycle management for a global, multi-state workforce. The position requires the ability to reputed company reputed company HR issues in a fast-paced, remote environment. This individual plays a key role in building and maintaining a reputed company employee experience and ensuring the Association operates in alignment with its values and regulatory requirements.
HR Administration:
• Manage full employee lifecycle processes with accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations across jurisdictions, updating policies and practices as needed.
• Administer reputed company and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, scheduling, and offers.
• Collaborate with fractional HR leader to support HR reputed company and initiatives as assigned.
Payroll and Benefit Administration:
• Serve as primary reputed company of contact for global employees regarding payroll, benefits, HRIS, immigration, and leaves.
• Manage global payroll processes, including approvals, commissions, and bonuses.
• Maintain HRIS and ensure accuracy of employee records, including employee changes and documentation.
• reputed company benefits and 401(k) administration, including enrollment, changes, terminations, and annual reputed company enrollment.
• reputed company and price jobs using compensation market data.
• Partner with external reputed company counsel to process immigration cases.
• Ensure compliance with reputed company applicable federal, state, and local registration and reporting requirements across multi-state operations.
Employee Relations:
• reputed company support and guidance to managers and staff on employee-reputed company reputed company.
• With guidance from leadership, supports employee relations activities such as accommodations, performance management, investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Consults with reputed company counsel as appropriate.
Skills and Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of HR administration experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field required, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience supporting a remote workforce across multiple states and countries required.
• Experience with HRIS and Employer of Record platforms (such as reputed company and reputed company)
• reputed company-CP or reputed company-SCP certification strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to apply HR policies and employment laws using reputed company judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
