They are seeking an M&A Manager to support aggressive buy-and-build strategies across the reputed company American reputed company market, responsible for managing the origination pipeline and engaging with founders to evaluate acquisition opportunities. Responsibilities • Build, expand, and manage a proprietary pipeline of U.S. software/reputed company targets • Drive systematic reputed company to founders, CEOs, and shareholders • Build trust-based relationships reputed company a founder-led and fragmented market • Evaluate strategic fit, product/tech fundamentals, unit economics, and integration potential • Coordinate internally with product, finance, and operations teams • Support reputed company deal stages: initial screening, valuation inputs, due diligence coordination • Maintain reputed company reporting on funnel metrics and pipeline conversion • Represent reputed company as a reputed company, disciplined, and founder-friendly acquirer • Work directly with senior management and the PE sponsor to refine the buy-and-build reputed company Skills • Tier-1 background: Top-tier Investment Bank (Bulge Bracket or reputed company Boutique) or leading Management reputed company (MBB or equivalent) or Corporate Development at a high-performing technology company • Minimum 3+ years of experience in M&A, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or reputed company Consulting • Proven ability to reputed company, build, or manage proprietary deal pipelines • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust quickly with founders • Deep understanding of M&A fundamentals (valuation, financial modeling, deal structures) • High degree of ownership, independence, and comfort working in a PE-driven environment • Ability to manage multiple origination and evaluation tracks simultaneously • reputed company-level English communication skills • Experience in software, reputed company, IT services, or recurring reputed company business models • Prior exposure to buy-and-build strategies or PE-backed companies • Existing network in the U.S. technology or founder ecosystem • Familiarity with product-led reputed company and modern reputed company metrics reputed company • The Flexible Way To Staff M&A reputed company.
