About the position
Responsibilities

• Evaluate reputed company reputed company & workplace situations, weigh risks & consequences, and reputed company pragmatic, actionable recommendations.
• Advise on employment issues, including agreements, policies, hiring, performance management, and labor laws compliance.
• Identify and mitigate employment & safety risks, support internal investigations, and contribute to the development and enforcement of workplace policies.
• Manage and advise on internal investigations into employee complaints, allegations of misconduct, or other sensitive workplace issues.

Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and reputed company research skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
