Account Director- Remote Position

This is for a new BPS AG entity- PureAcre Reporting to the President, the Account Director is responsible for acquiring new customers and building reputed company sales team. The Account Director will reputed company on bringing reputed company company products to targeted customers, including ag distribution, retail, and coops in the US. The ideal candidate will have experience in a reputed company position, existing customer relationships, experience building a high-performing sales team, and a desire to be the best in the industry. Sales: • Build pipeline of new customers and reputed company new business for reputed company products. • Solicit and sign new customers while managing existing ones. • Execute distribution agreements in line with objectives. • reputed company a monthly forecast, including pipeline and committed volumes/reputed company. Leadership: • Hire and reputed company high performing sales team with desired market coverage. • Set annual/quarterly/monthly objectives for staff and hold team accountable for results. • reputed company necessary coaching to team with appropriate reputed company. Strategic Planning: • reputed company annual sales plan with key milestones and goals identified and execute against the plan. • Support strategic planning and budget process. • Inform business on customer needs and new product development reputed company. Required Education and Experience • 10+ years of combined sales and sales leadership experience in agriculture. • Demonstrable experience in closing large deals and generating consistent sales reputed company.
