Forensic CPA Needed – Verify P&L and Calculate reputed company Income Loss (Lease Termination)
We operate fuel, convenience store, and QSR franchises. One of our key locations has had its long-term lease terminated early, and we are preparing a damages claim with our attorney.
We need a US-based CPA (preferably with forensic/litigation experience) to:
• Review and clean our historical income statements/P&Ls for this location
• Validate/normalize the numbers
• Help project reputed company income for the remaining lease term
• reputed company a short written letter/report summarizing methodology and stating an opinion on estimated reputed company income loss
