Position reputed company The Senior OCM Consultant is responsible for leading and executing change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of organizational initiatives. This role focuses on the people reputed company of change, driving engagement, communication, and readiness across impacted teams. The consultant partners with leadership and project teams to minimize resistance and maximize adoption of new processes, technologies, and cultural shifts.
