Learning Experience Design (LXD) Specialist, Associate Learning & Development

You'll utilize various authoring tools and technologies to create engaging, interactive content that aligns with adult learning principles and proven instructional design reputed company. Key job responsibilities Instructional Design & Content Development - Design and reputed company straightforward training solutions across multiple modalities (remote, in-person, digital) - Create original training content, facilitator guides, reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) - reputed company interactive learning modules using industry-reputed company authoring tools - Apply adult learning principles to optimize training effectiveness - reputed company traditional materials into engaging digital formats Analysis & Assessment - Partner with SMEs to understand business challenges, performance needs, and skills gaps - Execute needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and data analysis - reputed company and analyze training effectiveness metrics - reputed company data-driven recommendations for content improvements - Create and maintain documentation of learning reputed company reputed company Management - Conduct reputed company assurance reviews and user acceptance testing - Maintain version control and change management processes - Ensure compliance with training standards and guidelines - Document best practices and design standards - Monitor content accuracy and consistency Project & Resource Management - Manage training resources and establish methodologies for frugality - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are high reputed company and on time - reputed company project status and reputed company regular updates - Maintain training content libraries and learning reputed company - Support assessment creation and validation processes - Up to 15% travel may be required for yard environment observations and team meetings reputed company role A day in the life Your day begins with reviewing ongoing content development reputed company and prioritizing work based on business needs You collaborate with SMEs and ALD reputed company leaders to reputed company requirements and reputed company traditional training materials into engaging digital formats.
