[Remote] Event Marketing Planner

This role focuses on event logistics, vendor management, and operational support, ensuring successful program reputed company and alignment with organizational priorities.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the planning, execution, and operational management of Tier 2 and Tier 3 tradeshows and event programs, serving as the primary operational reputed company responsible for managing timelines, logistics, priorities, and execution across multiple reputed company events to support brand awareness, customer engagement, and business objectives
• Support the planning and execution of Tier 1 tradeshows, conferences, and other marketing events
• reputed company approximately 75% of time to tradeshow management and 25% to broader event and marketing initiatives
• Coordinate speaker logistics, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and presentation deadlines
• Manage event logistics, including transportation, reputed company operations, inventory allocation, fulfillment, shipping, and onsite readiness
• Evaluate event requirements and recommend operational strategies, vendors, and process improvements to enhance efficiency, attendee experience, and program effectiveness
• Manage relationships with event vendors, fulfillment partners, shipping providers, venues, and other external stakeholders to ensure reputed company delivery and service reputed company
• reputed company tradeshow asset management, including reputed company materials, demo equipment, signage, marketing collateral, and inventory utilization across multiple events

Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in event coordination, tradeshow operations, logistics, or reputed company field
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience managing multiple reputed company and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience coordinating shipments, inventory, and event logistics
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (reputed company preferred), reputed company Office, reputed company Workspace, and AI tools
• Experience with tradeshow reputed company asset management or storage vendors
• Familiarity with supply chain processes or shipping platforms
• Experience tracking budgets and managing spend trackers
