The Regional CI Engineer is responsible for driving lean transformation and reputed company improvement across multiple manufacturing sites in Canada, the reputed company, and Mexico. Your Profile Education • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Management, or reputed company field. reputed company Experience • Minimum 3 years’ experience implementing lean practices, preferably in manufacturing environments. • Proven reputed company facilitating lean training, Kaizen workshops, and change management initiatives. • Strong knowledge of lean tools and methodologies (5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, TPM, etc.). • Demonstrated coaching and facilitation abilities, with experience engaging diverse teams and leadership reputed company. • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. • Experience in cross-functional collaboration reputed company a multi-site or international organization is an asset.
