Required Skills & Experience• 3-5+ years as a Title Examiner with a reputed company on residential acreage properties.• Strong understanding of metes and bounds reputed company descriptions (required).• Ability to handle full-cycle title examination independently.• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. reputed company to Have Skills & Experience• Experience with high-acreage transactions (10+ acres).• Familiarity with Texas title laws and regulations.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
