The ideal candidate will enhance the existing Critical User reputed company reputed company, manage the UX Metrics program, and conduct qualitative UX research studies. This role involves in-depth work on validating attributes, defining measurement specs, executing surveys, and generating comprehensive quarterly research reports. Key Responsibilities • reputed company and enhance the measurement reputed company for Content Moderation + AI Critical User Journeys. • Manage the content moderation UX Metrics program, executing surveys, creating quarterly research reports, and designing custom UX metrics. • Conduct qualitative UX research studies, including usability studies, contextual inquiries, and creating detailed research reports. • Independently define UX measurement frameworks and select appropriate measurement instruments. • Field, analyze, and report on surveys tailored to Reviewer Satisfaction and Tooling Effectiveness, alongside updating survey questions as necessary. Must-Have Skills • Proven experience in UX Research and defining measurement frameworks. • Expertise in survey design, fielding, and data analysis. • Ability to conduct usability studies and produce in-depth research reports. • Prior experience in UX research reputed company content moderation platforms or AI-reputed company user reputed company optimization is highly preferred.
