Creative Designer & Branding Specialist – Remote SA Brilliant Global Competitions (BGC) Location: Remote (Must work within Saudi Arabia Standard Time / AST) Position Overview RVP Consultants, headquartered in the Washington, DC area and founded in 2011, has been serving clients across North America, Africa, the Middle East, and beyond. To support the rapid expansion of our flagship initiative, we are seeking a visionary Creative Designer & Branding Specialist. We are looking for a true artist who leverages cutting-edge technology to craft an upscale visual identity. This role requires a designer who creates not just graphics, but experiences—blending traditional design principles with modern AI tools to produce world-class marketing assets, proposals, and web interfaces for both English and Arabic-speaking audiences. About Brilliant Global Competitions Brilliant Global Competitions (BGC) are international STEM tournaments that inspire middle and high school students to design and prototype innovative solutions to real-world problems using technology and multidisciplinary engineering. Each year features a unique theme, with national competitions held in 6+ participating countries and global finalists traveling to Washington, D.C. for a world-class showcase. National winners gain exclusive access to NASA Space Camp, Harvard, and MIT, making BGC one of the most impactful global youth innovation platforms. Key Responsibilities • Brand Stewardship: Define and elevate the visual language of BGC, ensuring an "upscale," modern, and professional aesthetic across all global touchpoints. • Bilingual Asset Creation: Design and adapt high-impact marketing materials, brochures, and digital assets in both English and Arabic, ensuring cultural relevance and impeccable Arabic typography. • Marketing Assets & Proposals: Design high-impact sponsorship proposals, sales decks, and presentation slides that effectively communicate the value of BGC to ministries and educational leaders. • Web & Digital Design: Create visually stunning layouts for web pages, landing pages, and digital campaigns that drive conversion and engagement. • Visual Content Creation: Edit and enhance photography to professional standards and create compelling social media graphics. • AI Integration: Utilize generative AI tools to rapidly conceptualize ideas, generate unique assets, and streamline the design workflow while maintaining brand integrity. • Collaboration: Work closely with the RVP team during Saudi business hours to deliver creative assets on tight deadlines. Requirements • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or creative direction. • Language Skills: Strong preference for bilingual candidates (English and Arabic). Must be capable of creating professional business documents and creative designs in Arabic. • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in high-end branding, corporate presentations, and web design in both languages (if available). • Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote). • Cutting-Edge Toolset: Demonstrated ability to use Generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT for ideation) to enhance creativity and efficiency. • Availability: Must be willing and able to work predominantly during Saudi Arabia Standard Time (AST). Preferred: • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or Marketing. • Experience working with international education brands or luxury markets. • Expertise in Arabic Calligraphy or Typography. • Basic video editing or motion graphics skills.
