Marketing Designer

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Marketing Designer to join our team and support one of our US-based clients. In this role, you’ll create high-quality marketing assets to support sales, campaigns, and brand initiatives. You’ll work on a variety of design projects including sales decks, banner ads, social media graphics, and animated content (GIFs/motion graphics). This is a great opportunity for a versatile designer who enjoys switching between static and animated design work in a fast-paced B2B marketing environment. Benefits • Work From Home • Performance, Attendance, and Referral Bonuses • Paid Holidays and Time Off • Health Card What You’ll Do • Create marketing and sales assets for outreach, including one-pagers, email graphics, and PDFs • Rebuild and update slide decks to align with brand guidelines • Design static and animated banner ads for paid campaigns (Google Display, LinkedIn, social media) • Develop engaging animations/GIFs for email, social, and web content • Support the sales and marketing teams with quick-turn creative needs • Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across channels • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to help revise and update copy in templates • Perform general marketing design tasks like image resizing, basic video edits, and website asset updates What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of experience in graphic design for marketing or B2B brands • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (for animations/GIFs), and Canva • Strong experience designing sales decks, PDFs, and marketing collateral • Skilled at creating digital ad creatives (static + animated banners) • Good eye for brand consistency and detail • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple design requests • Comfortable collaborating using tools like Slack, Google Meet, and ClickUp/HubSpot Nice to Have • Experience with motion graphics and simple video editing • Familiarity with presentation design best practices • Basic knowledge of web/WordPress for uploading or testing assets • Willingness to learn new marketing tools and processes with guidance We’re looking for a versatile designer who’s excited to create polished, engaging designs that help sales and marketing succeed.
