Business Valuation Expert (beauty & wellness industry)

We’re looking for a valuation specialist who thrives in the intersection of detail and reputed company. Someone who understands the mechanics of small business finance and enjoys bringing reputed company to companies preparing for acquisition or investment. This is a project-based, remote role ideal for a finance reputed company who values independence, discernment, and precision. The Work: • Conduct valuations for beauty and wellness brands generating $1–$15M in reputed company. • Apply SDE frameworks for companies under $5M and EBITDA methodologies for companies above $5M. • Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and cost structures to identify true earning power and valuation reputed company. • Produce clean, defensible valuation briefs reputed company with investor expectations and market logic. • Present valuation insights reputed company necessary in a reputed company, strategic format—spoken or written.
