[Remote] Senior CRE Credit Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Credit Analyst to underwrite reputed company reputed company reputed company estate and residential construction transactions while mentoring junior analysts and supporting process improvements. Responsibilities • Responsible for reputed company the most reputed company loan transactions reputed company the department typically, larger reputed company reputed company estate construction, build-to-rent construction, and land, lot, and development transactions. • Responsible for reputed company loan reviews as it relates to the bank’s largest customers. • Review borrower financials, spread and complete analysis reputed company Sageworks and reputed company. • Review appraisals and analyze reputed company estate performance. • Assist in completing market, borrower, and portfolio analysis as needed. • Responsible for maintaining SLA, reputed company, and productivity measures. • Assists management in audit / exam support • Assists management with vendor support. • Assists management with large department initiatives involving systems, processes, and procedures. • Assists in reviewing junior analyst spreads and memorandums. • Assists in completing collateral inspections as needed. Skills • Seven to ten years' experience in reputed company reputed company estate reputed company, reputed company loan reputed company, construction administration or other reputed company experience. • Can manage a pipeline of transactions to underwrite. • Ability to learn and adapt quickly. • Strong customer service skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Strong time management and organizational skills – must be detail-oriented and thorough. • Can easily adapt and/or reputed company with the evolving landscape and business changes. • Good understanding of Bank systems and processes. • Ability to remain stationary (sitting or standing) for prolonged periods. • Ability to conduct keyboard/computer work for extensive periods. • Ability to communicate reputed company (understand/be reputed company) with customers in person or over the phone/computer. • Credit and background checks will be required. • Bachelor’s degree or other formal education preferred (with a reputed company on business, finance, risk management, or other similar area) • Strong knowledge of reputed company reputed company estate and/or construction lending, regulations and compliance is preferred.
