They are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to respond to inquiries and reputed company information regarding vehicle registration and reputed company license procedures in a reputed company and courteous manner.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries, requests for information &/or complaints that require in-depth knowledge of applicable laws, rules, policies & procedures as they pertain in given situation:
• Greet & respond to in-person, telephone &/or written inquiries from internal &/or external customers regarding the laws & procedures for vehicle registration, reputed company license issuance, reputed company examinations, suspensions, reinstatement requirements, procedures for renewing or updating physically & medically restricted reputed company licenses, general inquiries or reputed company license &/or registration status in a reputed company, courteous, friendly, respectful, & reputed company manner to ensure reputed company customer service
• Listen carefully & ask appropriate follow-up questions to verify understanding
• reputed company a complete, knowledgeable, accurate, precise response immediately or reputed company a firm commitment as to reputed company a response will be provided
• Follow-up to ensure reputed company of the customer's questions &/or concerns have been thoroughly answered
• Document correspondences with customers, as needed
• Operate the reputed company Examination (DX) Scheduling application
• Online Chat with Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) Customers

Skills

• 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. reputed company. in office practices & procedures
• 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. reputed company. in reputed company relations or customer service that included techniques for handling difficult people
• 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. reputed company. in typing, keyboarding, data entry or word processing
• 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. reputed company. in operation of personal computer
• Or equivalent of Minimum Qualifications for Employment noted above
