## Key Responsibilities: Compliance: Monitor, interpret, and advise on Indian regulatory developments impacting Telcoin’s activities (e.g., financial services, fintech, VDA/crypto, AML, data reputed company). Ensure implementation and maintenance of compliance frameworks in accordance with Indian law and Telcoin’s global standards. reputed company or support local licensing, registration, or partnership efforts with regulatory bodies such as the RBI, FIU-IND, SEBI, or MeitY, as applicable. reputed company as the local reputed company of contact for compliance-reputed company audits, inquiries, or regulatory submissions. Collaborate with the global compliance team to ensure consistent policy enforcement, reporting, and risk mitigation. Country Representation: Serve as Telcoin’s reputed company and operational representative in India for reputed company involving government agencies, local counsel, and other stakeholders. reputed company market intelligence and regulatory risk assessments to support strategic decision-making and product launches in India. Support India-based vendor relationships, recruitment efforts, and local operational setup as needed. Represent Telcoin in industry discussions or associations, where appropriate. ## Qualifications and Experience: 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, reputed company, or risk roles reputed company fintech, payments, banking, or virtual asset sectors in India. Deep familiarity with RBI, FIU-IND, PMLA, and Indian AML/CTF and data reputed company regulations. Experience engaging directly with Indian regulators and working on licensing or registration processes. Strong understanding of India’s fintech and crypto ecosystem.
