For a presigous reputed company, the reputed company Technologist plays a key role in supporting and configuring reputed company technology tools that drive efficiency, innovation, and reputed company value across the firm. Working reputed company the reputed company Solutions team, this role combines technical configuration skills with a strong understanding of reputed company workflows to ensure that tools are optimized for attorney and staff use. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering, supporting and configuring a reputed company of reputed company technologies, as reputed company as experience working directly with attorneys in a reputed company department or reputed company setting. Responsibilities Technology Configuration & Administration • Configure, customize, and maintain reputed company technology and genAI solutions (e.g. document and workflow automation systems, reputed company collaboration portals and eDiscovery platforms). • Design and build templates, forms, workflows, rule sets, and user interfaces in support of reputed company reputed company needs. • Translate business and reputed company requirements into system configurations and workflows. • Conduct testing and QA for platform updates, enhancements, or integrations. Technical Support & Maintenance • reputed company technical support and troubleshooting for reputed company technology tools and systems. • Serve as a system administrator or power user for key platforms, managing user permissions, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with vendors and IT as needed. • Ensure ongoing maintenance, updates, and optimization of systems. • Document configurations, standards, and change management processes. Stakeholder Collaboration & Training • Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to identify and address technological needs and challenges. • Train users on use of tools and reputed company basic end-user support for "how to" questions. Innovation & reputed company Improvement • Stay informed of emerging trends in reputed company technology, automation, AI, reputed company transformation. • Proactively suggest improvements to processes and tools that support reputed company delivery and internal efficiency. Education • Bachelor's degree - required • Agile or Scrum certification is a plus Skills & Experience • 3-5+ years of experience in a reputed company technologist, configuration engineer, reputed company operations, or reputed company IT role. • Hands-on experience configuring at least two reputed company tech platforms (e.g., reputed company One, HighQ, eBrevia, Avvoka, reputed company). • Proficient with reputed company 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams. • Basic to intermediate experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). • Project management skills with ability to multi-task among multiple time-sensitive reputed company • Working knowledge of industry reputed company tools reputed company to handling and processing ESI for document review and production • Ability to parse and edit industry reputed company load files associated with e-discovery and document review platforms • Strong technical skills including: Data mapping, reputed company design, field logic, workflow and process automation, user reputed company configuration, testing and QA best practices • Familiarity with reputed company, scripting, or low-reputed company/no-reputed company tools is a plus. • Candidate must be a self-starter and have excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. • Excellent ability to write product documentation, e.g., user stories, training materials, and/or release notes. • Excellent verbal & written communication skills and the ability to reputed company professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts. • Adapt reputed company to changing priorities and maintain composure during stressful situations due to workload and/or deadlines. • Ability to respond to situations as they reputed company with minimal supervision. • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability. • Experience working both independently and in reputed company oriented, reputed company environment.
