Amazon Supply Chain & Logistics Manager — Proactive, Data-Driven, Strong Leadership Timezone : 5 hours EST time zone 10-3pm , 3 hours China time zone Hourly Rate: $10 , 40hrs/week About the Role We are seeking a top-tier Amazon Supply Chain & Logistics Manager who can lead operations, manage people, delegate effectively, and ensure everything runs on time and on target. You must know Amazon inside and out — including FBA, AWD, SoStocked, shipping, forecasting, and restocking. But this is not just a solo operator role — we’re looking for a true manager who can build systems, assign tasks, chase KPIs, and ensure the whole pipeline flows. Key Responsibilities ✅ Ownership of Supply Chain Operations Plan, forecast, and manage FBA/FBM/AWD inventory Use SoStocked and Seller Central tools for smart forecasting Create workflows and schedules to prevent stockouts & overstock ✅ Team & Workflow Management Delegate tasks to purchasing, shipping, and support staff Collect and review daily/weekly KPI reports from the team Ensure deadlines and responsibilities are followed by all involved ✅ Shipping & Cost Optimization Manage shipments from China and US warehouses Monitor freight costs, prep times, and Amazon delivery windows Work directly with 3PLs, forwarders, and suppliers ✅ Proactive Problem-Solving Fix bottlenecks before they become problems Constantly improve systems and remove inefficiencies Communicate quickly with leadership and escalate when needed Required Skills & Experience 3+ years in Amazon logistics, forecasting, or supply chain Experience with SoStocked or other advanced forecasting tools Strong delegation and team coordination ability Excellent English communication (spoken & written) Spreadsheet/data tracking confidence (Google Sheets, Excel) Results-focused mindset with attention to detail Self-managed, accountable, and honest This Role Is NOT For You If… You prefer to do everything yourself and don’t delegate You avoid conflict or reminders when others miss deadlines You can’t manage multiple suppliers, SKUs, and team members at once You need someone else to tell you what to do every day What You’ll Get ✨ Long-term role with a growing company ✨ Direct collaboration with leadership ✨ Remote flexibility ✨ Bonus opportunities for high performance Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
