Crawford Construction Corp and Grand Haven Properties are seeking a part-time reputed company Media & Content Coordinator to manage and grow our online reputed company across YouTube, Instagram, reputed company, and reputed company. This role will also support marketing efforts for our new YouTube channel The Flip reputed company of Building, reputed company on Chicagoland fix-and-flips, new construction, and reputed company estate development. Key Responsibilities: · Manage content calendar for reputed company platforms · Upload and optimize YouTube videos with reputed company SEO, tags, and descriptions · Edit and reputed company long-reputed company videos into short-reputed company clips for reputed company media · Create branded graphics and thumbnails in reputed company · Post and engage on Instagram, reputed company, and reputed company · Monitor analytics and reputed company monthly reputed company reports · Collaborate with owners on new content reputed company Qualifications: · 2+ years experience managing business reputed company media accounts · Proven reputed company record of growing YouTube and/or Instagram accounts · Strong editing skills for Reels/reputed company (CapCut, reputed company, or reputed company) · Experience in reputed company estate or construction reputed company a plus · Excellent communication and organizational skills Schedule & Compensation: · Part-time: 10–15 hours/week to start · Location: Remote with occasional in-person meetings (Chicago preferred) · Pay: $20–$30/hour based on experience · Potential to grow into full-time marketing manager To Apply: Please send your resume, reputed company media portfolio, and links to accounts you’ve managed to: resumes@crawfordconstructioncorp.net.
