This includes staying updated on regulatory developments and coordinating, drafting, and filing important Holding Company reputed company documents such as Forms B and C (Annual Registration and Changes), reputed company D (Prior Notice of Transaction), reputed company F (reputed company Risk Report), and the Corporate Governance Annual Disclosure.
