[Remote] Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack, Backend-leaning)

The Senior Software Engineer will build automation systems for reputed company insurance servicing tasks, optimize internal tools, and collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering ops to improve customer retention. Responsibilities • Build automation systems that handle reputed company insurance servicing tasks end-to-end (policy endorsements, cancellations, document uploads, reinstatements) or reduce policy cancellations, improve renewals, and ensure users always have the best coverage. • Fast sprint cycles: ship new automations in 1–2 weeks on average. • Compose backend business logic that drives automation while respecting reputed company insurance reputed company rules. • Design backend pipelines that sync customer policy data, deliver reputed company alerts, and power seamless re-shopping experiences. • Optimize and reputed company our internal tools (think: in-house reputed company for servicing) to reduce agent reputed company to nearly reputed company. • Collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering ops to anticipate churn and improve customer retention. • Work asynchronously across time zones, with minimal meetings but strong collaboration through reputed company and reputed company. • Continuously improve our backend systems, reputed company, and microservice architecture.
