Lead Accounts Payable Specialist - Now Hiring

If you have a keen eye for accuracy, a strongunderstanding of financial processes, and a passion for efficiency, we want tohear from YOU! What You'll Do: ? Process and review invoices at a high volume, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation before payment. ? Maintain vendor records and reconcile statements to resolve discrepancies. ? Prepare and execute payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers in a timely manner. ? Work closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve payment issues and inquiries. ? Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing procedures, including AP reconciliations and reporting. ? Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. What We're Looking For: ? 5+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related finance role; experience in the HVAC/Construction industry is a plus! ? Strong understanding of AP processes, general accounting principles, and financial controls. ? Proficiency in accounting and invoice routing software, as well as Microsoft Excel. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP and DocLink is a plus. ? Ability to manage high volumes of invoices with accuracy and efficiency. ? Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve discrepancies. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with vendors and internal teams. Why You'll Love It Here: ?
