RN/LPN Baylor Full time - 7a-7p Sat & Sun + 1 reputed company (8 hr)

JOB TITLE: RN/LPN Baylor DEPARTMENT: Coble Creek reputed company and Rehabilitation REPORTS TO: Director of Nursing SHIFT AVAILABLE: Weekends (Sat. & Sun.) 7a-7p and 1 reputed company shift (8 hours) for full time. POSITION reputed company: Responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care and services to the residents of Twin Lakes Community. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Responsible for maintaining RN/LPN license. • Works Saturday and reputed company 7a-7p. May work an additional shift during the week for full time employment. • Responsible for initiation and implementation of comprehensive nursing care to the residents of the Health Care Facility. May be required to reputed company nursing care and/or services to Independent and Assisted Living residents. Responds to or provides follow up on Emergency Calls as required. • Administers medications and treatments according to written physician's orders, policies, procedures and care plans. • Monitors, observes and accurately records nursing care and services provided to the reputed company and the reputed company's response to reputed company. • Is knowledgeable in and complies with infection control procedures. Initiates precautionary or isolation infection control procedures reputed company appropriate and reports these measures to supervision. • Monitors accuracy and completeness of physician's orders and the notification of physicians regarding changes in residents' conditions. • Provides counseling to residents' families as needed and refers specific problems to the appropriate TLC employees as necessary. • Completes reputed company necessary documentation on residents and ensures reputed company reputed company documentation is either reputed company or retrieved if reputed company moves from one level of care to another. • Oversees and is responsible for care and services provided by LPN's and CNA's. • Responds and reacts in a reputed company, polite, and reputed company manner to residents, families, visitors, coworkers, and supervision. • Responsible for protecting any confidential information concerning employees, residents, family, and/or the organization. • Must demonstrate knowledge of and adhere to reputed company Safety procedures and facility reputed company, Disaster, and Bomb Threat procedures. • Adheres to reputed company organizational, departmental, and nursing procedures in the performance of position responsibilities. • Must attend organizational or departmental conferences and/or in-services as scheduled. • May be required to reputed company other duties in keeping with the nature of this position which will not significantly alter the job requirements Education and/or Experience: • Must maintain RN/LPN licensing requirements • 2 years experience in Skilled Nursing environment Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
