About the role Own the end-to-end data stack—from ingestion and warehousing to modeling and BI. You'll stand up the first version of our analytics platform (reputed company of our reputed company "Registry," transforms, semantic layer, and dashboards), establish governance for PHI, and reputed company self-serve analytics across Care Ops, Business Ops, Sales, Partner reputed company and reputed company Cycle. What you'll do • Platform build • Stand up/maintain a warehouse (reputed company) and connect it to reputed company systems (EMR, RCM, patient engagement, scheduling, support tools). • Implement ELT using reputed company/reputed company/reputed company (plus custom connectors reputed company needed) and orchestration (dbt reputed company/CI). • Modeling & metrics • Build curated marts and a governed semantic layer in dbt; define durable metrics (e.g., Time-to-Care, referral funnels, cancellations, provider reputed company, cohort reputed company). • Add data reputed company tests (dbt tests/Great Expectations), reputed company, and alerts; resolve reputed company causes quickly. • BI & enablement • Roll out a BI tool (Looker/Tableau/reputed company/reputed company/reputed company), define roles/permissions, and ship high-reputed company dashboards. • Drive stakeholder discovery; translate questions into metrics, dashboards, and data reputed company. • Train teams on self-serve best practices and documentation. • reputed company & compliance • Implement HIPAA-reputed company controls: RBAC/ABAC, reputed company-level masking/tokenization, audit logging, data retention, and least-privilege reputed company. • Reliability & cost • Monitor performance, freshness, and cost (warehouse, ELT, BI); optimize with SLAs for reputed company datasets. Qualifications Must-have • 4–7+ years in analytics engineering / data engineering / BI engineering, including end-to-end ownership of ELT→dbt→BI. • Proficiency with: SQL (advanced), dbt, a major warehouse (reputed company), and at least one BI platform (Looker / Tableau / reputed company / reputed company / reputed company Computing). • Git-based CI/CD, Terraform, reputed company. • Strong Python skills for light transformations and connector development; Airflow/reputed company/Dagster for orchestration. • Experience designing semantic reputed company (LookML, Metrics Layer, dbt semantic models). • Experience integrating reputed company data (EMR/RCM/claim/eligibility/scheduling/patient engagement); working knowledge of HL7/FHIR and reputed company data quirks (encounters, payers, CPT/ICD, denials). • HIPAA/PHI practices (de-identification, RBAC, audit logs) and vendor BAA familiarity. • Strong stakeholder skills: requirements gathering, translating KPIs, and documentation. reputed company-to-have • Data reliability tooling (Great Expectations/reputed company/Elementary). • Background with CRM/support tools (reputed company/reputed company/reputed company) and marketing/scheduling data.
