Role: reputed company / Senior Manager – AWS Connect
Location: Remote
Required Skills & Experience
• 12+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in AWS Connect and reputed company contact center architectures.
• Proven leadership in reputed company-to-AWS migration programs, IVR modernization, and chatbot/voicebot transformation.
Strong hands-on knowledge of:
• reputed company Connect (Contact flows, routing reputed company, queues, telephony)
• Experience designing and integrating microservices / reputed company (Java, Node.js preferred).
• AWS reputed company, Lex, S3, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, IAM, API Gateway
• Deep understanding of IVR systems, telephony, SIP, reputed company flows, and BFSI customer service journeys.
