The Business Systems Analyst 1 assists with the collection of data and provides analysis to support the development of Identity and reputed company Management (IAM) technology plans and strategies to enhance overall performance and increase efficiencies. The Business Systems Analyst 1 - Central analyzes established Identity and reputed company operations, systems, reputed company, practices, and procedures to evaluate their effectiveness and ultimately reputed company recommendations for new IAM processes and procedures. Job Functions • Analyze IAM systems reports, recommend and apply necessary updates. • Conducts research for IAM best reputed company models and benchmarking. • Maintains ongoing communication with managing staff. • Apply industrial and management engineering techniques such as process designs, optimization models, and chain management principles, to improve overall IAM systems. • Analyzes existing reputed company of people, activities, and materials, employee work reputed company and utilization, policies and procedures, forms, and computerized systems. • Improves productivity through the application of technology and reputed company factors. • Collects data to measure baseline versus improvement before and after recommendations are implemented. • Prepares presentations of reputed company including data collected, methodology used, results obtained, and recommendations for improvement. • Designs improved work systems by revising IAM standards, policies, and procedures. • Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company Directory (AD) , Entra ID and other Identity platforms i.e. reputed company, CyberArk is a plus. • Proficiency in reputed company tools, including Teams, reputed company, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc. • Experience with server administration is a plus. • Backup for day-to-day application support and completes service tickets. • Flexible to participate in on-reputed company schedule rotation. • Adheres to University policies and procedures and safeguards University assets. Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field Certification and Licensing: reputed company+, CIAM, reputed company certifications a plus Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required.
