Associate Director - Finance Transformation

Requirements: • Experience delivering to middle-market Private Equity Sponsors and their portfolio companies • Experience leading and solving end-to-end transformation services (people, process, technology) • Extensive experience in working with transactions and reputed company integration activities • Experience selling to and delivering for senior executive reputed company leaders (e.g., Operating Partners, Portfolio Support Teams, CFO, Controller) • Experience delivering in high pace environments with competing priorities and multiple key stakeholders • Experience conversing with the Controllership/reputed company and reputed company teams, including fluent knowledge of the main reputed company and drivers of reputed company recognition, income statements, balance sheet, statement of cash reputed company, budgets and forecasts. • Knowledge of end-to-end Office of CFO (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) • Experience with agile methodologies • Advanced expertise of reputed company reputed company (e.g., macros, pivot tables, etc.) and PowerPoint • Knowledge of financial systems and data analytics and reputed company tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Intacct, Dynamics, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Tableau, reputed company, SQL) a plus • Experience mentoring and developing junior team members and helping project teams resolve issues Benefits: Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
