Graphic Designer (Casual / Part-Time, USA)

We are seeking a versatile and creative Graphic Designer to support an exciting digital project. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across a variety of formats, from pitch decks and presentations to marketing collateral and web assets. You will collaborate with our project leads to translate ideas into polished visual outputs that elevate our brand and communications. Key Responsibilities ● Design and refine pitch decks, presentations, and internal/external communication materials. ● Produce marketing assets, including posters, flyers, social media graphics, and promotional visuals. ● Create web-ready assets (banners, UI visuals, icons, layout elements). ● Work within existing brand guidelines while contributing creative suggestions to enhance visual identity. ● Manage and organize design files for smooth collaboration across teams. ● Iterate quickly based on feedback and deliver high-quality outputs within agreed timelines. ● Ensure all deliverables are optimized for their respective platforms (print, web, email). Required Skills & Experience ● Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across digital and print. ● Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign. ● Experience using Figma and Miro for design collaboration and prototyping. ● Comfortable working in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides) and creating Gmail signatures. ● Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. ● Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks. ● Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing visually cohesive deliverables. Nice-to-Have ● Experience creating marketing assets for tech, media, entertainment, or platform-based products. ● Ability to propose improvements to decks, layouts, and brand systems proactively. ● Familiarity with basic web or UX principles (not required but beneficial). ● You are interested in sports, rewards points and creating memorable moments.
