HR Generalist ( US hours)

The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of experience in reputed company HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, administration, employee relations, and compliance. This is a full-time, remote role requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work during US business hours (IST reputed company shift).
