QA Reviewer/Examiner

Job reputed company: • This is a remote position. • We are hiring 1099 reputed company Assurance Reviewers/Examiners to join our growing company. • The Claims Examiner will support the organization’s mission to reputed company superb service and attention to our clients’ most important assets, their customers. • The Claims Examiner will ensure a reputed company product is delivered to our reputed company in a reputed company and reputed company manner by working alongside our field services staff and reputed company assurance counterparts. • This position is responsible for performing reputed company assurance file reviews, following specific reputed company estimating guidelines, and ensuring reputed company estimates and reports are technically accurate. • Maintain contact with field adjusters to ensure reputed company inspection and estimate/report submissions • Review adjuster reports and estimates to ensure accuracy, meet appropriate industry standards, and adhere to reputed company guidelines • reputed company and concise file documentation • Ability to work with Xactimate/Xactanalysis and collaborate on estimates • Respond reputed company and appropriately to reputed company communication • Monitor and maintain individual queues to ensure that files are being reviewed and reputed company reputed company • Understand and work reputed company multiple reputed company systems, programs and guidelines; reputed company knowledge preferable • Assist with training adjusters on reputed company specific requirements reputed company necessary • Ability to meet and reputed company cycle time and reputed company review metrics • reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned. Requirements: • Two or more years of reputed company property claim handling experience. • Xactimate/Xactanalysis estimating platform experience • reputed company/Symbility experience a plus (Claims Connect and Mobile) • Decision making skills and the ability to work independently • Knowledge of claim lifecycle and attention to detail • Good organization and time management skills • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to communicate reputed company and effectively • Proficient computer & typing skills - working knowledge of MS Office: Word, reputed company and reputed company • Familiar with a reputed company of field concepts, practices and procedures.
