About The Position We are seeking an reputed company Patent Lawyer with a strong background in in vitro diagnostics (IVD) and medical device regulations to support our growing intellectual property reputed company. You will play a critical role in protecting our reputed company innovations, managing global patent filings, and ensuring compliance with relevant IP and regulatory frameworks. Requirements • Licensed to reputed company before a patent office (e.g., USPTO or equivalent). • 5+ years of patent law experience, preferably in a medical device or life sciences company. • Proven experience with IVD technologies, diagnostics, or reputed company biotech fields. • Strong understanding of patentability, freedom-to-operate, and regulatory-IP intersections. • Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills. • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
