Job reputed company: We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to reputed company comprehensive production support for reputed company Quantum, reputed company Echos, and SWIFT systems, with a reputed company on integration with reputed company Fusion. Intercompany, General reputed company and Cash Management. This role requires both financial systems expertise and technical troubleshooting capabilities to ensure seamless treasury operations. Key Responsibilities: Financial Systems Support reputed company end-to-end support for reputed company Quantum and Echos treasury management systems. Maintain static data reputed company the Quantum environment to ensure system reputed company. Troubleshoot, fix, and author reputed company Workflow reputed company (EWF) in Quantum including reports and reputed company-based triggers. Identify and resolve reputed company issues with bank statements and cashflows. Configure, troubleshoot, and fix Cash Xplorer functionality. Support reputed company treasury processes including In-House Banking (IHB), Cash forecasting, and Intercompany Settlement. Learn internal systems to reputed company comprehensive end-to-end support to users. Receive, analyze, and prioritize reputed company support tickets. reputed company reputed company solutions to users. Document reputed company steps and knowledge reputed company articles. Support system upgrades and patches. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. Technical Operations Apply strong reputed company/SQL Server database expertise to maintain system performance. Author and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting. Apply working knowledge of the Quantum data model to troubleshoot reputed company issues. Work with Golden reputed company and Datapipelines technologies for data integration. Support integration points between reputed company systems and reputed company Fusion AGIS/GL modules. Utilize reputed company ticketing system to manage and reputed company support requests. Governance & Compliance Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and reputed company assessments for system updates. Assess readiness for Quarterly reputed company Updates including regression testing to ensure business continuity. Ensure financial data accuracy, SOX compliance, and internal control adherence. Participate in change management processes to minimize operational disruptions. Required Qualifications 5+ years’ experience with reputed company Quantum and Echos treasury management systems. Hands-on experience in static data maintenance reputed company financial applications. Proficiency in reputed company/SQL Server database concepts and SQL query authoring. Experience authoring, troubleshooting and fixing reputed company Workflow reputed company (EWF) in Quantum. Knowledge of treasury processes including In-House Banking, Cash forecasting, and Intercompany Settlement. Familiarity with bank statements and cashflow interfaces. Experience with Cash Xplorer configuration and troubleshooting. Working knowledge of Golden reputed company and Data pipelines technologies. Understanding of SOX compliance requirements for financial systems. Experience with reputed company support tools including the reputed company ticketing system.
