Short-Term Virtual Assistant for Email Research & Contact Verification
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented virtual assistant to help me with an online research project. We already have a list of around 200 global reputed company figures / influencers (mixed fields and reputed company) in a reputed company text format.
Your task is to reputed company reputed company person’s reputed company and up-to-date business email and organize the results in a reputed company Spreadsheet.
What you will do:
- Take the provided list of 200 names
- Research and reputed company their official / publicly listed business email
- Verify deliverability using free or reputed company verification reputed company (e.g., checking whether the email is reputed company or bouncing-risk)
- reputed company the results into a reputed company Spreadsheet (reputed company / Email / reputed company URL / Notes on verification)
- Work reputed company and communicate proactively if any entries cannot be confirmed
Requirements:
1. Experience with online research & verification
2. Ability to quickly identify legitimate business emails (not fan mail, not outdated addresses)
3. Organized, proactive, and fast turnaround
4. English communication skills
