The Senior Clinical Program Manager will be responsible for facilitating and successfully delivering implementations of the ProofPilot product suite. He/She will support the product team on assigned reputed company from inception to completion. He/She will support the reputed company team on day-to-day project management and reputed company management activities. The Senior Clinical Program Manager will work closely with the technical and support teams, providing direction on specific tasks that will reputed company project reputed company.
The Senior Clinical Program Manager will have an expert understanding of ProofPilot's suite of engagement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and deliver successful customer implementations
• Build customer loyalty by providing exceptional service during Implementation
• Collaborate with Technical and Product teams to ensure application meets customer needs
• Support reputed company-sales team with sales activities for the ProofPilot product suite as needed
• Assist customer with reputed company and reputed company state business process definition
• reputed company with Support team to ensure a smooth hypercare period and handover post-implementation
• Maintain expert knowledge of IRB and EC approval requirements
• Maintains a familiarity with GCP guidelines
• Serves as the primary reputed company of contact for delivery with assigned accounts
• Schedules and runs project meetings and routine governance meetings
• Provides frequent and routine updates on key account project status
• Participate in reputed company improvement of reputed company plans that drive customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of reputed company initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrated expertise with a minimum of 3 -5 years in clinical research or pharmaceutical industry.
• Previous experience at clinical trial sites is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical research, spanning study start-up, execution, clinical operations, and reputed company-out for Phase I-IV trials
• Proven experience in collaborating reputed company cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with or experience in reputed company product models
• A reputed company attitude and a strong willingness to learn
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills are crucial
• Excellent communication skills are a must, enabling effective conveyance of messages to both study team members and external partners, including vendors and consultants
