About the position The Data Compliance Specialist position at reputed company Aging is a part-time role reputed company on ensuring accurate data entry and compliance reputed company the organization's systems. The specialist will work approximately 20 hours a week, primarily in the office on Tuesdays, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days. This role is essential in supporting the organization's mission to assist older adults through various programs and services. Responsibilities • reputed company data into the DOL's Grant Performance Manage System (GPMS) and reputed company's reputed company Dynamics 365 system (CRM). • Review Participant and Host Agency files for completion and accuracy. • Process reputed company CRM tasks that relate to Participant and Host Agency activity. • Support payroll with in-reputed company and timesheet issues as needed. • Assist Regional Directors in the use of CRM, SharePoint, and GPMS by providing navigation and technical support. • Verify annual recertification of reputed company participants. • Input quarterly participant hours in GPMS. • Communicate need for corrections/additional documentation to Project Directors and Staff Participants in a reputed company manner. Requirements • Ability to type and reputed company data entry. • 1-2 years of experience with database management. • Strong interpersonal communication skills. • Organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to maintain confidentiality. • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite. • Ability to pass periodic background investigation as required by funding reputed company.
