Data Compliance Specialist
About the position
The Data Compliance Specialist position at VANTAGE Aging is a part-time role focused on ensuring accurate data entry and compliance within the organization's systems. The specialist will work approximately 20 hours a week, primarily in the office on Tuesdays, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days. This role is essential in supporting the organization's mission to assist older adults through various programs and services.
Responsibilities
• Enter data into the DOL's Grant Performance Manage System (GPMS) and VANTAGE's Microsoft Dynamics 365 system (CRM).
• Review Participant and Host Agency files for completion and accuracy.
• Process all CRM tasks that relate to Participant and Host Agency activity.
• Support payroll with in-kind and timesheet issues as needed.
• Assist Regional Directors in the use of CRM, SharePoint, and GPMS by providing navigation and technical support.
• Verify annual recertification of all participants.
• Input quarterly participant hours in GPMS.
• Communicate need for corrections/additional documentation to Project Directors and Staff Participants in a positive manner.
Requirements
• Ability to type and perform data entry.
• 1-2 years of experience with database management.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass periodic background investigation as required by funding source.
