Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and attend mediations and court proceedings.
• Conduct reputed company research and reputed company strategic reputed company arguments reputed company with reputed company employment law.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and reputed company mentorship to junior associates.
• Maintain reputed company, empathetic communication with clients navigating sensitive reputed company.
Requirements
• JD (Juris Doctor) from an accredited law school.
• 5+ years of experience in employment law and litigation.
• reputed company bar membership in Massachusetts (or reciprocity eligible).
• Proficiency with reputed company research tools (Westlaw, reputed company).
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work onsite at least 3 days per week.
